Sludge conditioner is suitable for Preconcentration and dewatering of sludge in municipal sewage treatment plants and various industrial and domestic sewage treatment facilities. It has strong adaptability to water quality, high tolerance to acid and alkali, and is suitable for sludge conditioning before dehydration by centrifugal, plate-and-frame, and belt type and other dehydrating equipment. It is safe, non-toxic, soluble in water, non-flammable, strong cohesion, good hydrolytic stability, non-gelling, insensitive to pH changes, and chlorine-resistant.

It is a new generation of sludge conditioner that replaces lime and iron salt. Previously, 200 kg of lime and 150 kg of iron salt (ferric chloride) were added to one ton of dried sludge. After using sludge conditioner, only 5-10 kg of pure liquid conditioner were added to one ton of dried sludge without changing the properties of the sludge, which makes the subsequent disposal of the sludge easier, whether it is composting or drying.

After adding this product to the biochemical sludge with 80% water content, the special functional group of the flocculant molecule is used to destroy the stability of the interstitial water between the sludge molecules, and the conventional drum filter press is used to reduce the sludge moisture content from 80% before dehydration to 50%-60% after dehydration.The sludge is dehydrated from a flowing state before dehydration to a thin layer of mud cake with hardness. The volume of sludge is reduced by more than 50%. The combustion heat value of the dehydrated sludge rises sharply.The sludge after deep dehydration has a wide range of uses and a high degree of resource utilization. Using this product for sludge dehydration can avoid energy consumption, reduce sludge increment and improve sludge quality. The treated sludge from farms and food factories can be directly used as green organic fertilizer.

1. Dilute the product into 50-200times aqueous solution.

2. Add 0.5% to 1% of the agent according to the content of the dried sludge.
